New Live on Arrival Guarantee Policy

Winter shipping: Live Arrival Guaranteed is only covered for order with UPS Next day air early, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Next day Air Saver only. For very cold areas we recommend having your order shipped to a UPS store or hub for pickup.

Shipping Delay Coverage: Once a package has left our facility, we have no control of its progress. We take every precaution to get your order to you on time. Weather and unexpected delays with curriers can however happen while a package is in route. Due to extreme weather this winter, new delay policies will be implemented on orders starting 1/14.

1 day delay from expected delivery date -Full LOA coverage
2 day delay from expected delivery date- 50% LOA coverage
3+ day delay from expected delivery date- no longer covered


Fatal Mantis StoreFront Closing

Due to a difficult family situation, the Fatal Mantis Houston storefront will be closing down most of its operations for the foreseeable future.

Local pickups will still be available by appointment only.

The online store, Expos, and shipping will still maintain the same operations.
