New live arrival policy
Live on Arrival Guaranteed is only covered for order with any FedEx overnight, UPS Next day air early, Next Day Air, Next day Air Saver only for the time being. For very cold or hot areas we recommend having your order shipped to a UPS store or hub for pickup. USPS or UPS ground shipping is available for all supplies and dried product. Insulation, heat packs, or cold packs are included with purchase.

Please use UPS or FexEx for all live orders. USPS experience frequent delays.
