Live on Arrival Guarantee Policy
Winter Policy :Live Arrival Guaranteed is only covered for order with UPS Next day air early, Next Day Air, Next day Air Saver only for the time being. for very cold areas we recommend having your order shipped to a UPS store or hub for pickup.
Please use UPS for all live orders. USPS experience frequent delays.
Shipping Delay Coverage:
Once a package has left our facility we have no control of its progress. We take every precaution to get your order to you on time. Weather and unexpected delays with curriers can however happen while a package is in route. Due to extreme weather this winter, new delay policies will be taking affect starting 1/14.
1 day delay from expected delivery date -Full LOA coverage
2 day delay from expected delivery date- 50% LOA coverage
3+ day delay from expected delivery date- no longer covered
We do not ship Internationally at this time
Shipping process:
Shipping will be on the Monday-Wednesday, for insects, following your order to ensure they arrive on time. Should the Insect arrive dead or mis-molted, please send photos to Info@fatalmantis.com within 2 hours of delivery and a refund will be issued for the insect.
Insulation, Heat packs or cold packs are included with purchase, but please be mindful of weather when ordering. We reserve the right to hold a package if there is inclement weather in your area. An email will be sent to you with an update and estimate shipping time.
Shipping is non-refundable. We do not accept returns for any insect or feeders. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
USPS or UPS ground shipping is available for all supplies and dried products
In Store Pickups:
Products ordered online for instore pickup will be processed the same or following day of purchase. An email notification will be sent out to set up a day and time for pickup

Damaged Custom Terrariums:
Should your custom Terrarium arrive damaged we will either offer a refund or offer to rebuild it. Just send photos of the damage and the box to Info@fatalmantis.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not apply to insects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@fatalmantis.com.
